Maggie graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation and worked in the mental health field for many years before starting her career in the fitness industry. Maggie is a NASM certified personal trainer, an ultra marathon runner, a mother, and your new favorite accountability partner. With her knowledge of all things running, mental health, motherhood, hybrid training, and more, she is here to push you and help you become the best version of yourself.

Meet Ariyana

Ariyana graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is an AFFA certified group fitness coach, a former college basketball player, a hybrid training enthusiast, and your personal hype woman! Ariyana uses her background in athletics, her years of work in the fitness industry, and her knowledge of psychology to give her clients the most well rounded experience. Her goal is to help her clients achieve optimal mental and physical performance while teaching them how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
