Hi Limitless Fam!
We are Ariyana & Maggie, two passionate fitness professionals dedicated to building a supportive community of individuals motivated to move their bodies. Our mission is to provide an accessible and non-judgmental introduction to fitness, with a special focus on hybrid training. We believe in embracing a diverse range of fitness activities, empowering you to explore and enjoy every aspect of your fitness journey.

We offer a variety of services, experiences, and options to allow you to be the healthiest version of you in a way that is all encompassing- physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. RUN CLUB
We offer various run club events. These are FREE and open to ANYONE in the community. Check out our upcoming events below!
BOOTCAMPS
We offer bootcamps twice weekly. These are 1-hour sessions with strength, endurance, and cardio components to give you a total body workout.
2:1 COACHING
We offer personalized coaching to help you see progress with your specific goals. Coaching includes an orientation, weekly check-ins, access to a weekly zoom call with our community members, custom workouts, nutrition guidance, and a variety of other resources!
ONLINE COMMUNITY
Limitless is truly a FAMILY. We want you to feel connected and supported as you work to be a better version of yourself. We have forums, chats, and many ways to stay involved online and in person.
SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING
We offer 6, 8, and 12-week programs specific to your goals. Some of our programs include Strength Training, Couch to 5K program, Hybrid Training, Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, and more!

OUR TEAM
MEET YOUR COACHES
ARIYANA RHODES & MAGGIE JENKINS
Ariyana graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is an AFFA certified group fitness coach, a former college basketball player, a hybrid training enthusiast, and your personal hype woman! Ariyana uses her background in athletics, her years of work in the fitness industry, and her knowledge of psychology to give her clients the most well rounded experience. Her goal is to help her clients achieve optimal mental and physical performance while teaching them how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She is currently pursuing her Performance Enhancement Specialization through NASM to continue her education and better serve her clients.
Maggie graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation and worked in the mental health field for many years before starting her career in the fitness industry. Maggie is a NASM certified personal trainer, an ultra marathon runner, a mother, and your new favorite accountability partner. With her knowledge of all things running, mental health, motherhood, hybrid training, and more, she is here to push you and help you become the best version of yourself. Maggie is currently pursuing her Post Natal Certification so she can further her knowledge and provide new mothers with guidance on approaching fitness safely and effectively during pregnancy and post-partum.
