Open to ALL fitness levels, our run club meets on weekend mornings at community locations around Louisville. We offer multiple distance options and paces, welcoming everyone from serious runners to casual walkers. Bring your dogs, strollers, or just yourself—we move together, at your pace.

Our founders
We're Maggie and Ariyana--two certified fitness coaches who enjoy hybrid style training. We both have unique backgrounds and experience. From college athletics, to studying psychology. From navigating motherhood, to ultra running. And lots of strength training in between. We have come together to create something different, something accessible, and something empowering. Our approach blends physical training with mental wellness, creating a training experience that's as much about mindset as it is about movement.
